OCP Green Water mobilizes 6 billion dirhams of financing, via the CDG, for sustainable water production

OCP Green Water (OGW), a subsidiary of the OCP Group deicate to the production of unconventional water
, has securd financing of 6 billion dirhams (620 million
USD) with the support of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) Group. This
fundraising, placd by CDG Capital, was carrid out through a private placement with
qualifid institutional investors and receivd the approval of the Moroccan

Capital Markets Authority (AMMC), to support the expansion of the OCP Group’s desalination capacities.

This investment is in line with OCP Group’s! sustainability objectives and commitment to industrial efficiency.
