Another interesting chapter is the one on mocktails. If you have a partner who drinks very little alcohol, but likes to ask for a virgin mojito or a Virgin Pina Colada, it’s very useful to cover these concepts. Learning how to combine juices, and which spices to add to develop a beautiful alcohol-free aroma is very interesting for satisfying everyone.

There are some amazing recipes. I’m not a big drinker of cocktails at bars. I still prefer to enjoy neat rum. But in the early evening, especially when it’s warm, I like to make fax lists myself a little cocktail.
All this to say that some may find these recipes quite banal, but for me, it was a discovery and I lov it.
This is a recipe I’m definitely going to try. I’m still missing the equipment for this, but I’ll make it for you in a video.

It’s magical to read a book like My Cocktail Course. It’s easy to read, and you learn detail information ranging from simple home cooking techniques to professional techniques. Just for ice cubes, it’s a very interesting skill to acquire.
