The art of making cocktails is a true craft. It’s a real apprenticeship to become a good bartender, worthy of the companionship. You have to know how to travel and learn the trade in different countries. You have to learn to play with aromatics and, above all, know what goes together. Making a good cocktail means knowing how to be precise in your dosages, choosing the right ingrients, and also knowing how to listen to the customer’s wishes to possibly modify a recipe.

Freshness is essential when making cocktails, and this is especially true for fruits, which should be seasonal and as fresh as possible.
